Job Role:

  • Inbound calls.
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Maintaining a good reputation with the customers.
  • Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media.
  • Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

Salary:

  • 15k – 22k (in hand) *After deduction of PF & ESI*

Shift:  Rotational (any 9 hours) / 6 days of working.

Eligibility:

  • Any graduates can apply.
  • Experience (min 1 Year) can apply (Should have proper paper works).
  • Excellent communication both in English & Hindi is a must.
  • Laptop/Broadband Connection/Windows 10/RAM 4GB/Antivirus should be there. (WFH)
