Mode of Interview: Virtual
- Inbound calls.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Maintaining a good reputation with the customers.
- Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media.
- Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
- 15k – 22k (in hand) *After deduction of PF & ESI*
Shift: Rotational (any 9 hours) / 6 days of working.
- Any graduates can apply.
- Experience (min 1 Year) can apply (Should have proper paper works).
- Excellent communication both in English & Hindi is a must.
- Laptop/Broadband Connection/Windows 10/RAM 4GB/Antivirus should be there. (WFH)
