Job Responsibilities as a Regional Head:

1. Attain Business Revenue targets in the Assigned Geography.
2. Manage Recruitment Delivery for all Clients in the assigned Region.
3. Sustain and Increase Revenue Business Turnover Year on Year.
4. Manage a Team of Recruiters who monitors their performance.
5. Manage all Client Escalations.
6. Acquire New Business and New Client in assigned Geo.
